Jeff Cohn is a photographer based in Philadelphia Pennsylvania. Shooting a wide variety of subjects, he refuses to be limited to one genre. In order to stay at the top of his profession, Jeff shoots everything from clothing designers, portfolio work, product lines, trade shows and celebrity clients. Unlike many "Jack of all trades" types, Jeff puts the same passion, creativity and enthusiasm into every aspect of his career and that has allowed him to become a standout rising star in the extremely competitive world of commercial and fashion photography.

“Advertising imagery is what I create, whether I am selling a doctor, hair care line, t-shirt or model, the idea is to produce the most appropriate styled image for that market.” –Jeff Cohn

Jeff attended Richard Stockton College of NJ to major in marketing. In 1994 he landed an internship with the Philadelphia Flyers. It was during Jeff’s sophomore year in college that he became friends with up and coming rock star Marilyn Manson, whose marketing, fashion and business influence would be seen through out his career.

After leaving college, Jeff started his career working in the music and web design fields. His relationship with Manson lead to friendships with several other up and coming musicians. One of those was Lucia Cifarelli who would go on to become a member of industrial rock icon’s KMFDM.

When KMFDM needed a webmaster, Jeff was called and brought into their family. In the fall of 2003, KMFDM took to the road on a US tour and Jeff went along for the ride, working full time as their Assistant Tour Manager, Webmaster, and Tour Photographer. His work was published on the 2003 Tour DVD "WWIII". By this time his passion for photography had taken over again and he found himself back home shooting alternative models, which lead to the creation of his first photography company: X-pose.net.

In 2005, Jeff joined forces with IntrepidJAM productions and together came up with the idea of alternative beauty pageant and fashion show called Catwalk Tragedy. Catwalk has eventually grown into a National event and has a huge following as the one of the premier Alt Fashion and modeling events in the US.

With experience and passion growing, Jeff returned to his roots of advertising and marketing. His time spent with Marilyn Manson influenced Jeff’s love for the world of high fashion. He had witnessed Alt-Fashion’s influence on the mainstream and realized that the two could both inspire and co-exist coherently. The likes of Alexander McQueen, Christian Dior, and Jean Paul Gautier began to sculpt his work while magazines like W, V, Noi.se, Muse and Zink helped his style expand and grow.

2006-2008 found him continuing his work with IntrepidJAM, as well as growing his clientele in much more commercial arenas. He expanded his shooting repertoire to include food, lifestyle, catalog and product during this time and found that he enjoyed doing all aspects of advertising photography as much as fashion and alternative. His constantly growing resume includes Invictus Films, Darlings Restaurant, the first annual Philadelphia Fashion Week, Wilhelmina of PA, Model Management Agency, as well as an ongoing list of designers, online stores, model portfolios and a wide range of projects in both business and entertainment. His celebrity clientele includes Paul Sorvino (Goodfellas), Tommy Stinson (Guns N Roses), Jayla Rubinelli (America’s Next Top Model) and Latoya London (American Idol). He has been published in the book “Culture De Tragedies, Tattoo society Magazine, and most recently Inked Girls Magazine.

Now at a creative and career high point (so far) he looks forward to work every single day, not knowing what the next challenge will hold, which is just the way he wants it.
